Topics

22 topics were proposed by the OW2 project leaders, in relation to the following projects: Bench4Q, Erocci, Hammr, Practice Evolution Explorer, SAT4J, SecRank, Spago4Q, Service4All, Trustie, X-CHECK.

Teams

20 teams registered in the Contest 2015 Edition, 15 of them made it until the end, delivered reports and submitted their final work for review and evaluation by the Contest mentors and the OW2 Technology Council.

Awards

1st Prize

The 1st Prize was attributed to Yuan Xinchen, Zhi Mengxuan, Duan Shikai, Liu Caizheng, Yan Dong from ISCAS for their work on a Bench4Q plugin for continuous integration and delivery.

2d Prizes

Two 2d Prizes were attributed to:

  • Yiang Gan, Xiang Hou, Zhixing Li, Yu Yue from NUDT for their work on Ossean-Webmagic, a distributed vertical data acquisition framework for Open Source Communities.
  • Wen Huangh, Bing Jiang, Shouhe from Beihang University for their project focusing on reducing the mobile Web browsing latency using the crowd contributions of mobile users.

3d Prizes

Eleven 3d Prizes were attributed, to the following teams:

  • Jianbin Wang, Wenpeng Li, from Peking University for their work on Code Structure based visualization Q&A tool (TSRR)
  • Peilong Xu, Bang Xiao, Zhonghou Lv from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics for their work on Modeling and execution of complex crowd computing tasks (Service4All)
  • Wei Duan, Minzhi Yan from Beihang University for their work on Testing Web Services with Mobile Crowdsourcing (Service4All)
  • Xiao Ming, Hou Xiang, Yang Cheng, Wu Ming, Chen Mengwen, Zhang Fang, Long Jun from the National University of Defense Technology for their work on OSS recommendation system based on requirement analysis (TSRR)
  • He Meimei, Tang Hongyi, Ji Qiang, Xu Peixing from the Institute of Software Chinese Academy Of Sciences for their work on Detect cross-browser issues for JavaScript-based web applications (X-CHECK)
  • Qiang Fan, Bingxun Liu, Yun Zhan, Xunhui Zhang, Chenxi Song, Li Li from the National University of Defense Technology for their work on Trend Analysis Tool for Open Source Software (TSRR)
  • Yuxia Zhang, John from Peking University for their work on Practice Evolution Explorer
  • Pengfei Zhang,Zedong Fan from the National University of Defense Technology for their work on Real-time and distributed publication/subscription support in robot infrastructure software (TSRR)
  • Lin Zeqi, Yang Kai, Luo Yuxiang from Peking University for their work on Semantic Document Search Engine for Software Developers (SecRank)
  • Zhenglin Xia, Yu Tang, Zhenglin Xia, Jin Ding from Beihang University for their work on Providing Causal Consistent Data Storage for Service4All (Service4All)
